The ECR day is a great opportunity to get to know your fellow Antarctic ECR community ahead of the conference, and to learn some real skills that you can use throughout your career. The day will include hands-on and interactive skills development workshops and career development sessions. There will be many opportunities for informal networking over lunch or as part of the activities.
