Motor Inn

The Motor Inn consists of comfortably appointed 3.5 star rooms.

Water Edge Twin

$180 per night

The 4-star Water Edge rooms are situated right by the shores of the River Derwent and located in the historic Riviera wing of Wrest Point.

Water Edge rooms have the option of single plus double or king-sized beds and every room has a shower over the bath, Tasmanian timber furniture, as well as a mini-bar.

Water Edge King

$180 per night

The 4-star Water Edge rooms are situated right by the shores of the River Derwent and located in the historic Riviera wing of Wrest Point.

Deluxe Mountain 

$190 per night

The newly refurbished Mountain View Deluxe rooms offer magnificent views of kunanyi/Mount Wellington and the city lights and are located in the Wrest Point Tower.   Each Deluxe Room features a walk-in shower, one queen bed, large flat screen TV with in-house movie system, Foxtel and complimentary Wi-Fi.

Deluxe Harbour 

$220 per night

Enjoy the breath-taking views of the stunning River Derwent from the lounge area, or pamper yourself in the oversized bathroom with double vanities, bath and separate rain shower.  These newly renovated suites also have a coffee pod machine, pillow top king size bed, pillow menu, 2x large TVs with in-house movie system, Foxtel and complimentary Wi-Fi.

Terms and Conditions

  • A valid credit card is required to reserve the booking.
  • Full payment for the booking will be taken by the hotel 14 days prior to the guests arrival.
  • Cancellation of the accommodation booking must be advised in writing.
  • Any cancellations made 15 days and within from the first check in date will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the full booking.
  • If a room/s or a person/s is recorded as a no-show on the day of arrival, the Property will charge the cost for the full booked volume of night’s accommodation and any meals booked.
  • Cards accepted include American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Debit Cards. A non-refundable credit card surcharge may be applied. Credit card surcharges will range between 1.26% and 4.4% depending on the card type.
